“They have turned this place around. Customer service is very good. Remember though they are a franchise and some of the things they're asked to do are not very renumerative. They are not employees of UPS directly. But they do a great job with a lot of traffic.”
“A little kindness goes a long way. These ladies endure multiple requests all day long but yet still maintain a positive attitude. I had 4 packages that required extra special handling and Rhonda was very patient to meet my shipping needs (even with a long line behind me). I did not feel rushed and I felt confident that my packages would arrive safely. I went back the next day for my peace of mind (NOT because I felt they were incompetent), and asked more questions. I explained why I was there and Rhonda showed me my packages and was empathetic to my situation. I would not hesitate to mail anything from here again.”

“The customer service here is fantastic!! I’m glad that they closed the Davenport location at the northpark mall. The people that helped me packed and help me sealed all items that I had to returned with kindness and patients not like the Davenport location. The store was neat and clean and well organized.
