I didn't pick it up in time and it was in the process of being shipped back and I would have had to have waited for it to arrive then be reshaped back to me. But he got it back the next day. I just went to pick up my package today and he didn't even have to ask my name just grabbed my package while I was walking up to the counter. Exceptional customer service, this gentleman deserves a raise!”

“A little kindness goes a long way. These ladies endure multiple requests all day long but yet still maintain a positive attitude. I had 4 packages that required extra special handling and Rhonda was very patient to meet my shipping needs (even with a long line behind me). I did not feel rushed and I felt confident that my packages would arrive safely. I went back the next day for my peace of mind (NOT because I felt they were incompetent), and asked more questions. I explained why I was there and Rhonda showed me my packages and was empathetic to my situation. I would not hesitate to mail anything from here again.”
