“It was cool. I know the lady on this day was slammed with Amazon returns. It seems like some of their employees feel like you are inconveniencing them when you ask for help. If you don't know the aisle, seek help and then walk me to it, if you can. We all worried about automation, but not maintaining a helpful disposition. Don't let Walmart outdo you all. I have Quille (same staples owners) and Uline, but I like going in-person.”

If I could change one thing it would be that they change the doors to being push instead of pull from the outside, it’s difficult to enter when your arms are full with large boxes.”
