“Ms. Ashley Tharpe took the time to assist me with my issue. She even calculated various scenarios and was pleasant throughout my phone call as well as my visit to the office. She most definitely went the extra mile to help a customer. My mindset was to find a new storage location when I made the phone call and Ms. Ashley was able to retain me as a customer. Thank you, Ms Ashley!”
“What else could you ask for when it comes to a storage facility? Phenomenal hours, great location AMAZING DEALS and not to mention the staff. The woman who helped me get my storage unit settled and ready was an absolute angel! So so sweet and kind. Excited to be with Next Door Self Storage!”
