I ordered everything I needed online, and everything was ready to go.
My only difficulty was I did not know about the scan and go feature. Not sure how I missed it. So my check in and out took a little bit longer than it might have with that, but it was still very acceptable even in-person.”

Your security deposit and unused rent were mailed back to you within 6 days but then returned to us because you didn't give us your new mailing address. Our facility manager is always friendly and very helpful to our tenants! I'm sorry you didn't understand fully our policy.”
