“A little kindness goes a long way. These ladies endure multiple requests all day long but yet still maintain a positive attitude. I had 4 packages that required extra special handling and Rhonda was very patient to meet my shipping needs (even with a long line behind me). I did not feel rushed and I felt confident that my packages would arrive safely. I went back the next day for my peace of mind (NOT because I felt they were incompetent), and asked more questions.
