Julie, Joe, JJ, Wendell, and well there are more that have gone way above and beyond to help me throughout the years. They have done way more for me than any other place I have banked at. I just wish I could name everyone here. They know who they are. Some people tried to get me to switch to a bank or different credit union. I just could NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you for all you guys do!!”

“Washington staff is very nice. CEFCU is a good credit union in the area. Will give it a 4 star rating. The only complaint I have is that if you have a credit card with CEFCU, fraud alerts happen way too frequently for credit card purchases. If you do not opt in for approving/denying purchases from your phone/app , it is a serious annoyance to have to get ahold of CEFCU over the phone to get your card turned back on. I have had to do this over 20 plus times, no exageration on that number. I appreciate the security department, but that is a serious issue that needs to be reevaluated for people who do not want to opt in to the notifications.”
“I have banked with CEFCU for over 30 years without a single problem. I moved out to Galesburg a few years ago where there isn't a CEFCU branch for 40 miles and while it might be more convenient to bank with someone out here I stay with CEFCU because they've always treated me well. When I hear someone complain about there bank I'm quick to recommend CEFCU. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.”
