They could have taken the whole vehicle and said sorry you breached your contract and thats that, but they had hearts of Gold over there in Bartonville!! “Have banked with CEFCU since my high school job at McDonalds. I have always had great service here and good rates on all my loans. I’ve never needed to go anywhere else.”
“Washington staff is very nice. CEFCU is a good credit union in the area. Will give it a 4 star rating. The only complaint I have is that if you have a credit card with CEFCU, fraud alerts happen way too frequently for credit card purchases. If you do not opt in for approving/denying purchases from your phone/app , it is a serious annoyance to have to get ahold of CEFCU over the phone to get your card turned back on. I have had to do this over 20 plus times, no exageration on that number. I appreciate the security department, but that is a serious issue that needs to be reevaluated for people who do not want to opt in to the notifications.”

I moved out to Galesburg a few years ago where there isn't a CEFCU branch for 40 miles and while it might be more convenient to bank with someone out here I stay with CEFCU because they've always treated me well.
