βThey need to stop using the coin operated shopping carts. I just leave the quarter in there for the next person, because I don't have time for all this nonsense lol Just get the ones with the magnetic wheel locks or something. And get Spinach that doesn't go bad in a week. Walmart's spinach lasts nearly a month (or more). Jussayin. Staff is cool tho.β
βI stopped in because they have a Amazon hub there. Lockers you are able to pickup packages at. The store itself looked well stocked with a good selection of stuff and the employees were nice alsoβ
βPool Store the only place I would go to buy phone chargers or phone cords 5.55 fort powerblocks and chords of all length. There's a huge selection of art supplies in markers sketchbooks. Amazing for the price that's for sureβ
βThere's not a great selection of known brands but it's not as expensive. I stopped for vanilla ice cream and had to settle for butter pecan. It was not well stocked with popular items. I did find items that I didn't need just to try them. Its perfect for grabbing a few staples. Except to pay standard prices for name brands you know and can find. If the food is like that at Ruler, then I'll be back ?β
βOne of the bigger Belleville locations. Most every item is 1.25. They have a $5 and up section. It is harder to leave the parking lot to make a left onto the belt line. So if you know the backroads. I'd advise doing that or making a right. We love coming here for crafty ideas or when you're on the fly and need a movie snack!β
βTonight was the first time being in their new location.
Its a nice store,clean
I got there close to closing .
And I'm pleased to say I wasn't being rushed or even felt rushed..
Clearly all businesses want to go home at closing
And a lot of employees at places are rude
But the employees tonight at Dollar tree we're very polite and kind even at closing timeβ

βWear gloves, sometimes there's water and stuff in the bins
Great place to get clothes and books, a bit iffy to get toys from there, and I wouldn't recommend getting discs.
It's not the cleanest place ever but fairly good for what it is, and very cheap. Worth it if you know what you're looking forβ
βThis location is an expanded one. They have the $5 dollar sections and they're also fully stocked and very neat! I live in an area with 4 different ones and this location is the best I've seen. If they get a few self checkouts they'll be even better.β
βLove the selection of fruits and vegetables, and the obscene amount of snack cakes and cookie options that put the local upscale grocer to shame. Wide variety of staples. Decent quality Ice creams and frozen treats without breaking the budget.β
βGreat customer service. Employees were very friendly, courteous, and helpful.Only 4 stars due to very long line at checkout. Only one person running cash register.β
βVery clean and well organized. Shelves are fully stocked which made getting in and out pretty easy. Cashiers were friendly and check out was made quick. Pretty impressive for a Saturday and only one cashier. Maderia did a good job keeping the line moving.β
βDon't mind the quarter for the cart, always end up with free bags. Prices are reasonable. Just wish they where open a little later. Sometimes it's hard to make it because I work so late. Just can't find the time sometimes.β
βThis is a larger store with wider aisles so shoppers can easily pass each other. Ther inventory is pretty typical of the goods at other Dollar Trees. This DT also has refrigerated and frozen foods. This location must get a lot of traffic because the inventory was a mess on a Saturday afternoon, making it difficult to find some items. Presumably to prevent "walk away" carts, each has a tall pole attached so it doesn't t go outside.β
βI shop here everyday due to the convenience and closeness that the store is to my home, my family and I are always providing with outstanding customer service. Lisa is amazing!β
βWas very happy with the layout, made it easy to complete my shopping. Wasn't super crowded, pleasant enough staff to get you checked out. Loved their arts and crafts aisle! They have the biggest selection I've seen at a Dollar General! I mean stuff I've never seen at other stores! Make-up/nail section is really decent too. Fairly clean, couple things out of stock I was looking for but all in all great store, great prices, friendly and fast service. Big thumbs up!β
βThis store is pretty decent for its location. They are usually stocked up for the most part, they a small produce section which is nice, and the employees are working, helpful, and not rude from what I can see basing off the few times I have been in there. Hopefully I can keep this same opinion going forward!β
βSo i always go to Dollar General!!! And i get toys snacks! So Dollar General is a very fair store, i suggest every one that's reading this to go to Dollar General.!!And check my pageβ
βHas a variety almost anything and everything you could think of from groceries party supplies children's toys even t-shirts from time to time housewares cleaning goods a nice place to shopβ
βReally convenient for those who live in the area! It's your typical Save A Lot.
Loved the produce selection, high quality and fresh. I appreciate the fair prices. The employees are always super kind and diligent too.β
βIt's cool cause you don't have to worry about paying for a shopping cart anymore. The carts are ugly and bulky. But, who cares. Will it hold all we need. Inside everything is close to the next item. You're not looking all over for your things. They'll definitely have what you're looking for. They have actual deals. Most places, you already know it's a gimmick.β
βIt has everything that you would expect out of a dollar general, but the building is ancient and filthy. It's not exactly the best neighborhood so it's perfect for the area, I guess. I just had a craving for chocolate peanut clusters and Blue Takisβ
βmy favorite DG! the shelves are always stocked and organized, which is unlike any DG iβve been to. the store is clean and the workers are so nice and polite. they greet you with a smile every timeβ
βThis is the cleanest and most well organized Dollar General I have ever been inside. The guy who checked my groceries was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.β
βI love this store but for some reason the security guard harassed me. I of all people, who has shopped at this store over 20 years, shouldn't be treated this way. I've made complaints to the security company. I love save a lot!β
βOne of the few blessings in this area that prevents it from being a food desert ?οΈ. However, I noticed that prices on everyday essentials, even gasoline, is noticeably different than the south side and north side. It has been my experience, so far, that the items that I picked up today are approximately 50 cents to a dollar higher... Gasoline is between 6 to 10 cents a gallon cheaper than any of the other"sides". The cashier was very friendly and cordial. All in all, I had a very good experience at this location.β
βAlright, so youβre wandering through Dollar Tree, convincing yourself this is just a βquick trip.β You only need some tape and maybe a couple of those plastic bins that always seem like a good idea but never fit in your cabinets.
As you turn a corner, you spot something absurdly random: a tiny, off-brand gadget that you didnβt even know existed. Letβs say itβs a handheld milk frother. A milk frother... at Dollar Tree. You laugh to yourself, Who the heck needs this? But then the little voice in your head says, Itβs $1.25... whatβs the harm?
Fast forward, youβre at the checkout. The cashier doesnβt bat an eyeβthis is Dollar Tree, after allβbut youβre standing there, secretly wondering, What have I become?
Cut to later that night. Youβve decided to test this thing out, so you pull out a mug, pour some milk, and fire up your shiny new frother. It sputters like an old lawnmower, sending milk flying everywhereβyour counter, your shirt, even your cat. But miraculously, it works... kind of. Youβre now holding the saddest, half-frothed mug of milk anyoneβs ever seen.
And yet, you feel proud. You sip your lukewarm, foamy coffee and think, This is the life. Sure, itβs not Starbucks-level, but for $1.25, youβve become a DIY barista. You sit back, milk-stained and slightly sticky, knowing youβll absolutely go back to Dollar Tree to see what other useless treasures await.β
βYour standard Save-a-Lot with the exception of not having to wait for a checker. Plenty of lines open for the number of customers. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful to go with the good value. I bought some steaks here and they were of higher quality and flavor than I expected for the cost.β
βJust left here... The staff was very pleasant and super nice! "Sash" went above and beyond...I didn't see any shopping carts and she went and found me one!! As I shopped throughout the store I can hear her greeting, checking out customers and helping in the isles!! Mirror her if you can?β
βIt's been a while since I visited this Family Dollar Store. On the afternoon of Sunday, January 28, 2024, I encountered Christine, the friendly employee at the front, along with two other co-workers who were equally pleasant. They were diligently working to organize the store, and it's evident that they've made significant improvements since my last visit during the COVID outbreak. Despite hearing some negative comments about this location, I believe the team is putting in a commendable effort to enhance the store. Conveniently located just a minute away from my home, I plan to return. The store offers great bargains, particularly on pet toys.β
βNice collection of essential items at reasonable prices. Friendly and competent staff. Surprising number of name brand items regularly priced at $1.00. Always handy in a pinch. Basic food items and lots of snacks without the typical convenient store premium pricing.β
