She took detailed measurements of my foot and watched me walk to ensure I had the best fit. To say it was a customer-focused experience wouldn't give Chelsea all the credit she deserves! She went above and beyond to ensure I left the Running Niche with best shoes for my feet and not only did I feel that way, I also felt like I got world class service.”

“Just simply PHENOMENAL!!!! Brian and his team went WAY above and beyond to ensure my kiddos had an above outstanding and exciting playing experience. After we moved cities my kiddos were devastated to leave their play-set behind. Brian and his team walked me patiently through the whole process and pulled off the unimaginable - a play-set set-up that made my kids forget what they left behind and excited about what they now have. The whole team is what “right looks like” when it comes to the customer experience. When we moved from the St. Louis Metro-East to an hour East, Brian didn’t hesitate to make the trip to set us up. I am very grateful that he did this. I look forward to working with him and his team in the near future to continue to build our backyard a play-time oasis. Next up…one of their trampolines.
