“Jake helped me switch over from At&T. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made the whole proccess easy and pain free. He seems to be a extemely hard worker, he helped me and still helped multiple other people at the same time. Whatever you are paying him, he derserves more.”
“Excellent service. I had a nightmare experience at Glen Carbon where the staff basically refused to sell me the phone I wanted and lied about it being out of stock. So I drove to Collinsville, and the guy working there helped me buy the phone, explained everything I needed to know, and I was in and out in just 3 minutes. Thank you, Collinsville T-Mobile! Now I know which store to spend my money at when I need something!”
