“I first off want to start this with saying, I am NOT giving T-Mobile 5 stars, I’m giving 5 stars to the customer service representative Caleb. I went in last week with my elderly father as I’m on his phone plan and wanted an upgrade. My dad had always been the main account holder but for some reason my mom’s name was popping up as the main account holder so we couldn’t do anything until that got fixed. CALEB went above and beyond for me and my dad. He got on the phone and talked to someone and instantly fixed the problem. He was down to earth and genuinely a likable person. He has a great personality and he truly made our tmobile experience awesome. If he’s not a manager, please make him one!!!!
I will say this, the system they have is extremely stupid and the way they make you jump through hoops just to get a new phone is crazy. However, that isn’t the employee’s fault so I don’t blame that on him. He truly went out of his way to make sure that we wouldn’t walk out there without a new phone and he did just that. Out of all the time I’ve went to T-Mobile this has been my most pleasurable experience.

On top of that they have customer service that is above and beyond any internet provider I’ve ever dealt with in my life. If you have the option to use their service, it’s the absolute best.”
“Excellent service. I had a nightmare experience at Glen Carbon where the staff basically refused to sell me the phone I wanted and lied about it being out of stock. So I drove to Collinsville, and the guy working there helped me buy the phone, explained everything I needed to know, and I was in and out in just 3 minutes. Thank you, Collinsville T-Mobile! No other store experts could fix. Antell came and worked with my phone 20 min. She fixed it I can drive handfree again. Intelligent is a true expert. A big thank you.”

“Added our son to our plan and was told it would only be $20 more for the plan. Hubby looked at our bill today and it went up over $100. I’m furious. Hopefully it gets fixed when we go back to the store tomorrow.”
