The plebotomists were nice and very skilled. It is very difficult to speak with a live person when results are missing. The lab referred me to customer service and customer service referred me back to the lab. The lab was able to find the results in the end. This was time consuming and a bit frustrating.

Highly recommend for anyone who faints when they get their blood drawn. Patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, and have glucose water to help you get your blood sugar up. Never felt like I was getting rushed out of the room, even though it takes a long time for me to come around after I pass out.
