“A week ago, our clinic was waiting for an important device from FedEx; we never received it which was critical to our operation. This past Tuesday, one of the young ladies from LabCorp physically delivered our shipment and stated that it was delivered to their location. She stated that she had attempted to bring it the day before, but we were closed for the holiday. Let me just say that this was very much appreciated. The phlebotomist had all my paperwork (thanks NMDP for making it easy!) and was extremely kind and gentle. She explained what she was doing through the process and was very kind! We had good conversation. If you have to get your blood drawn, I recommend getting it done here.”
