217 E Vandalia St, EdwardsvilleSo delicious! It’s been a few years since I went to this restaurant. Upon walking in, I noticed how nicely decorated and very clean it is kept. The salsa brought to the table was fresh and the chips were warm and crispy. I ordered chicken fajitas with no beans, all rice. The flour tortillas that came with this meal were wrapped in foil and hot upon arrival. The chicken was seasoned and grilled to perfection, and the whole plate of food was very delicious. I also had a frozen lime margarita which came out quickly and was very refreshing on this hot day. I might add that it was not lacking tequila; I left with a slight buzz. There was too much food and I ended up taking enough home with me to have lunch tomorrow.
