2005 Mall St, CollinsvilleMy cat Sylvie was Attacked by a Pitbull. Her whole right axel was shattered, her ribs were broken and her lungs were punctured. This pitbull was my brothers girlfriends dog and i always knew he didn’t like cats but not her or my brother listened to me. When she got attacked this vet was the only one that would see her in such short notice, they did all that they could and they weren’t very expensive, the most i spent was 300 there that was her to be seen the medication, and the private cremation for my cat. They normally would take the animal inside and treat them without you there but this particular night they were nice enough to let me say goodbye to my baby and be there with her while she passed. I am forever appreciative to you guys and really cant thank you enough for letting me inside to be with my baby. I wish you all the best and ill probably will visit again

There isn’t a staff friendlier, more caring, or more helpful than Horseshoe Lake. They’ve been with our family through so much, & we couldn’t be more grateful. HIGHLY recommend. Bonus — ask for Amy at reception if you need a lil’ karaoke as a pick-me-up!

Kranky K9 is truly Winston & Rosie’s home away from home. Anytime we leave town, we drop them off with complete peace of mind knowing they are getting nothing short of five-star treatment. The entire staff is absolutely amazing — they are true dog whisperers who clearly love what they do.
Casie deserves a special shout-out. She always helps us out with last-minute getaways or when our kids’ sports schedules change due to weather, and she somehow always finds a way to accommodate taking in our fur babies. That kind of flexibility and kindness means the world to us.
We’ve used both their boarding and training programs and highly recommend them. The training was effective, thoughtful, and tailored to our dogs, and we saw real, positive results. We also appreciate the complimentary medication administration, free treats, and the thoughtful details that show how much care goes into every stay.
We never worry when Winston & Rosie are at Kranky K9, and that peace of mind is priceless. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for the very best care for their dogs.
