“I have been an Enterprise member for 2 decades and they seem to never disappoint. The Effingham Illinois branch lived up to that in spades. The young lady, Meng, who checked us in was awesome. And after a flat tire and vehicle swap, which we had to drive over an hour to do, the branch manager, Francis, called after hours and made what could've been a dissapointing experience another exceptional experience with Enterprise. Francis listened to my concerns and made everything right. When checking the vehicle back in I was very pleased to see Meng on shift and again she was wonderful. If she doesn't get promoted or her own location it would be a crime. All locations should take notes on how this place is operated. Thanks Meng and Francis. Great job!!”
