“I rarely write reviews or comments, but this is an excellent shop. One of the best I’ve been to in nearly 8 yrs. OTR. Had a One Box replaced here in my 2018 FL in June, and a frayed wiring issue repaired tonight. Fortunately I was in the Joliet area and could get back down here. Night service writer Corey got me in the shop literally within 20 minutes as promised. Everyone here is courteous and professional, and kept me informed on the progress of my repairs both times. Clean and comfortable driver’s lounge; with coffee, snacks, microwave, a shower, laundry, and they run a shuttle to area hotels if you need one as well. Shops around the country could learn a lot from this operation. Absolutely no complaints.”

Unfortunately, circumstances didn't allow me to coordinate for accessible rental via my insurance, but Jake did everything possible to fast-track the repairs so I wouldn't be without transportation for a moment longer than necessary. “First time customer and will go back. Took our truck in for an alignment after getting new tires. Figured they might charge a higher price since we got the tires elsewhere. Nope. The price was very reasonable and they were able to get us in the next day. We dropped the truck off for the day and when I went to pay, I got caught by 2 trains and road construction. My husband called to let them.kmow I was minutes away and wanted to know if we could pay by phone. Rather than make us do that, they stayed the extra few minutes until I got there. That to me was awesome customer service. Thank you!!!”

“Gotta say that 5 stars doesn't seem like enough, and even breaking down at rest stop in the middle of nowhere. I would say they make it feel like it should be that way everywhere, and that's truly a understatement in my personal opinion. Brian was quick to look into our Ram that was dropped off in the middle of the night, and when we called them he was already working on it. I swear I am beyond grateful for this place, because they're definitely top notch people who actually care about their customers they serve.”

“I cannot rate Northside Ford or AJ with the pre-owned side of the dealer highly enough!We broke down in the middle of a Sunday night on the interstate 5 hrs from home. AAA towed us to this service station and at 7:30 Monday morning we were waiting at the door. Our Nissan initially could not be diagnosed at the Ford dealer, however one of the mechanics had an excellent idea, and decided to take a look anyway, getting us on the road early morning.He recognized the issue from a previous job, and he talked through the issue that we thought we were encountering with us and let me stand with him while he was looking at the car outside. He was able to quickly find the problem and clean the sensor getting us on our way.North side Ford saved us from a second tow, I made an important meeting, and was able to avoid the rental car and hotel game for another night. Any chance I get to sing their (and AJ!) praises or give them business I will.Thank you!”
