“I was visiting Effingham, Ill the first week of March, and decided to visit HL before I left town. My experience was was awesome, the store was immaculate, shelves were full, and selections were numerous. The store Mgr Christie, was very friendly and supportive of her customers and staff. I was impressed that she was "working the floor", as she would have in a self owned business. When the check out line grew too long, immediately a that was taken care of...which was good because I spent $175.00 and tied up the check out for a bit....lol. This was a great experience, one I don't usually find in my home stores. Thanks, Gloria”
