“First time customer and will go back. Took our truck in for an alignment after getting new tires. Figured they might charge a higher price since we got the tires elsewhere. Nope. The price was very reasonable and they were able to get us in the next day. We dropped the truck off for the day and when I went to pay, I got caught by 2 trains and road construction. My husband called to let them.kmow I was minutes away and wanted to know if we could pay by phone. Rather than make us do that, they stayed the extra few minutes until I got there. That to me was awesome customer service. Thank you!!!”

I called the shop and Scott was willing to take a look at it late on a Friday afternoon, when other shops were not willing to do that. It ended up being a significant safety issue that they were able to address quickly and get him back on the road. “We were about half-way home on an 800-mile on I-70. The front right tire on our minivan failed while on the highway and we limped into Effingham, looking for help. We saw the sign for the Goodyear truck store right behind the Pilot facility. About 2:00 PM. The shop manager and his crew helped us out in sourcing a replacement tire, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. We had a real mess on our hands, and these folks were friendly, caring, understanding with a little bit of humor thrown in. We got home safely, thanks to those guys. "Service over and beyond the normal call of duty."”

I called Goodyear's national emergency roadside service line, and they put me in touch with a local technician that was skilled, prompt, and - most importantly - fixed the problem without an up-sell.
