“I called. The woman on the phone said it would be 40 mins. I said ok. I called another tow company said they would be right there. Called heartland and a man picked up. Told him the woman said 40 mins. I found someone sooner and would like to cancel. He had 5 drivers waiting to go. Thought it was weird that there was 2 different ppl. So, i called back the actual first number I called. I told the woman who I was and she immediately cut me off to let me know it wasn't time. In which I told her to listen before she speaks. I needed to cancel. So, same place, 2 different ppl. Maybe the answering service needs an update. I would still use them but just be aware she's rude. I gave 5 stars because I like the truck drivers”
