“What’s important to me about an auto parts store is inventory and knowledgeable staff. NAPA in Elburn comes through always on both. Regarding staff, the last time I was there I had my daughter along. She asked about the motorcycle outside which belonged to one of the staff. He asked her if she wanted to see it and took the time to show her his bike. She was so excited. In contrast, when I go to other auto parts stores I get asked if my vehicle is 4wheel drive when picking out wiper blades. My advice would be start here.”
