“I picked up a small screw in my tire sometime today. Didn’t want to take it out on my own when I got home for fear that I’d wake up to a flat. They got my car in quickly, took it out, sealed it and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes! Great service! Thank you!”
“Very friendly staff. Very clean waiting area and shop. They got me in right away for my oil change with no hassle. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for service!”

“I want to thank the team at Valvoline in Batavia. I went in for a routine oil change and this team took the time to diagnose a completely different issue my car was having, efficiently and with such care. Your compassion meant everything to me!”

“This place is actually one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to. (And I’ve been to a lot!) They are always so nice and get the job done WELL. We had an issue with the mass air flow sensor and after they fixed it, they helped us with replacing a couple hoses with holes in them. We didn’t even know that was going on, but after they fixed it the car runs like new. Thank you Robinsons! You have gained a loyal customer.”
“I used to be a mechanic and still do our own cars. Whenever I have something that requires specialized work or requires a lot from my old, bad back, Troy and his guys come through every time. And I do bring him some goofy stuff 🤪.”
“Have been taking my car here for years. They do service beyond just oil changes at very competitive prices. They are much cheaper when compared with dealer for routine service.”
“Workers were great in Greeting You Right Away . Wait, time was reasonable. They’re explanation of what you need done and what you want. Done is very clear. I definitely recommend this Location..”
“The CSR, Brandon and his team, Gregory and Branden were very professional and courteous. They did the job in a timely manner and made sure to note verbally and in writing the recommendations. Very good experience and will certainly recommend to others.”

“I rarely leave reviews, but this shop went above and beyond to earn a customer for life.
I initially brought my van in for repairs, and the team was transparent, fast, and very reasonably priced. Shortly after, a minor warranty issue came up with a defective part to no fault of their own, these things happen. Instead of giving me the runaround or being passive, they took immediate ownership, apologized profusely for the inconvenience, and replaced the part completely free of charge under warranty right away.
When it came time for pickup, my wife called ahead with specific instructions regarding our key for security, and the team accommodated her request perfectly. When I arrived, the doors were open, and I was greeted by a friendly staff member who warmly handed me my keys directly from the office and walked me through everything they did.
They do the job right, communicate clearly, and take genuine pride in their work and customer care. I will absolutely be bringing all my vehicles back here!”
