This store is a waste of time, the young Hispanic man that works there weekdays is clueless to corporate Boost Mobile SIM card updates and extremely rude about it- not friendly or helpful at all. Claims he is the manager.

Terrible service, they couldn't cancel my card because I know they were charging me for each month's payment even though I already had the line canceled.

Every time I go there to make payment I end up.sitting 45 min before someone decides to show up and open says 10a.m. they r always late they r not friendly I refuse to go to this one any more and have told other people to go to a different boost store instead
