He was very thorough and polite to others coming into the store while still helping us. I feel bad since the Elgin store is busy and could certainly use more employees. “While switching providers, i had nothing but problems with my previous provider.Getting enough information to transfer my phone number. The associate at this location was extremely patient and willing to work with me through every step even if it took four hours. They were able to provide me a phone and service for less than a month's bill with my previous provider. And they wore nothing but a smile. Very cute too”

“I went here this past Saturday and I cannot express my gratitude for both of the employees working that day. I was in a tough spot and the staff working were super helpful as I couldn’t figure out how to activate my new number. I was given both of their names but I lost the paper I wrote them down on. “Today I visited Metro store and the guy abrar from the store helped me to add a other line with a new number and changed my plan to a family plan am very happy today because he also helped me to transfer all the contacts photos and my files to the new phone. “This is by far the best boost Mobile! I went to the one by the fresh market and they were rude and didn't know what they were talking about! Then I went to the one on Villa at and the young lady there didn't even bother to greet me. Any question I asked she answered with "call 611" as she was scrolling through her phone. Luckily I remembered about this location, and as soon as I stepped in to this one I was greeted so politely by that one chubby dude and he definitely knew what he was talking about; but overall all the staff are friendly,nice, and just a great help.”
