I needed to extend the rental, when I called in to ask, they helped my easily. And checkin was a breeze. Overall very good experience”
“Picked up a rental car at Enterprise in Elgin, Illinois, to use while my car was being repaired in the body shop next door to this location. The transaction to start the rental was quick and easy, and from a couple vehicles offered, I chose one and off I went! The car was in great shape and I enjoyed driving it for about a week. Returning it was a quick and easy process, too. Alex and Lynn (? - not sure I’m remembering her name correctly) were friendly, helpful, and efficient! I would rent a car there again in a heartbeat!”
