At the facility the work activities and spending limit were finalized. The service rep. was friendly and proficient.The work was performed within the time anticipated and the expense did not go over the estimate & spending limit.The vehicle was washed, but not vacuumed, once the work was finished.”

“Excellent customer service. A Compact car was not available for me, so I took the only option they had left, which was a Van. It was more than I wanted to spend and too big! However, the next day, I received a call that a Kia SUV came in and I could switch cars and lower the price. They even brought it to my home and picked up the Van. “I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”

I had a drink in hand shortly and quickly felt better having fun with the AIRBOSS family and friends. You can't find this type of fun aviation setup anywhere else.I have also become close with other members of AIRBOSS. “Recent events, especially in how Hertz employees had handled Puerto Ricans, trying to rent a car, I had felt a bit weary about renting from this company. However, this experience couldn't have gone smoother. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. They walked me through the process, and in a few minutes, I had my car. Returning the car was equally seamless, and the same 2 employees were there, remembered me, and were just as friendly.”

“We rented a car with Budget and they were great. No issues and the service was perfect too. The gentleman was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of without any issues. Thank you. In fact I seen the complaints on here but I've rented cars before and yeah a credit card is needed and my car was very clean, also the place is in the mall and yes there is always a hold on your card to rent a car $200 and up. I don't Think any of these ratings truly give this place any justice. So check them out tell them you were concerned because the reviews are so bad but you feltyou would try them out. They are very understanding.”

Suggestion and there opinion which generally what one expects when they are renting to get advices from experienced people so one can take a educated decision .They don’t keep u waiting , no stupid questions like what people in enterprise ask, faster release once u reach back, money refunded faster unlike enterprise where u need to follow up gazillion times espl the one on golf road very bad in experience but budget is the place u wanna go if u are visiting epsl the one in Hoffman estate .”

“I am Avis preferred plus. This review is specifically for the location not AVIS as a whole. Kenny is absolutely amazing, he literally watches out for his customers at an individual level. Yes there have been times I wasnt satisfied with the Avis vehicle experience, however the staff service compensated for it.I have now been renting from this location for quite a while, and have been a AVIS only customers for 3 years now. Comparing this to others, there have been times where I landed in a city and that airport AVIS location had no cars and only found something that had many issues. Seen a lot.Kenny makes it work!
