When I first got the car, I asked if I could get a different one that had the warning signals in the Sideview mirrors, and they found one for me. Everyone was very nice.”

“I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”

“Mike was awesome! He was extremely attentive and helpful. An SUV was not available, but he found me a vehicle that suited my needs with all the bells and whistles. He cleaned off the car for me as well, as it was snowing a bit. He contacted me a few days later to check my status and asked if I wanted to switch to a different car. I appreciated that and said I was content with the car I was provided. He also refunded my initial deposit in a timely manner over the phone, which put me at ease! Great customer service getting picked up at the body shop, and it was convenient being able to leave my car at the shop once i picked up my car. Thank you! I'll definitely be back!”

“I have been using this Avis for quite some time and I have had nothing but perfect car rentals.
The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Hasan, whom is a staff member, was beyond helpful and dedicated to customer service. Hasan made sure my ride was in perfect condition before I drove away by performing a couple last minute cleanups. Hasan made my trip that much better! The facility and its lots are maintained and now the facility recently received a nice remodel. The cars are typically clean and in stock if reserving ahead of time. The overnight drop off is a game changer and makes renting from here that much for convenient. The location is conveniently located among several gas stations to fill up if needed.
In all, I highly recommend this Avis for your travel needs. I will continue calling this Avis my main rental car company too!”

This location works hard to resolve challenges and issues. I had reserved a compact SUV and it was not available when I got there - the agent immediately offered upgrade options at no additional cost. While I was waiting I witnessed the staff work with other customers that had similar and different challenges, and the staff was always looking for a resolution with positive actions and words. I know where I will go for my auto rental needs.”

“Very nice experience, clerk was very kind. Good value especially considering how much rentals at the airport were going to cost us. We got in late and even though we had a reservation with a different company they didn't have any value priced cars available, so they wanted to charge $300 per day for a luxury vehicle we didn't rent in the 1st place. got a nice ride the following morning from this Hertz for about $175 for our entire 4 day trip. And when we returned it, it only cost about $40 for a ride share back to O'hare. Maybe consider this option if the airport rentals are trying to rob you with their insane rates.”

“I’m a long time Hertz Gold Member with a corporate discount, I always use this location with my roadtrip needs as well as unexpected car trouble. Today 2/10/26, my electric vehicle basically died on me, I left it with the dealer at EOB and they had no loaners for me, I took a Lyft to this location 10 minutes past close and I’m sooooooo grateful to Vincent who processed my rental, stayed a bit late to do so but was still very efficient, effective and professional. I always appreciated this location, but Vincent’s service at the end of a long day was a gift. Please appreciate him for all he does!”
“We had reserved an SUV and when we showed up they had it cleaned and ready to go. We drove over 3000 miles over 15 days and were happy with the vehicle. Not a fan of the new pro pilot cruise control, otherwise all went well. Drop off was easy and the final bill was what they told us when we picked it up.”

I have rented here many time and am never disappointed. My only suggestion would be to get a bit more help during busy times as 1 person trying to do it all seems unfair and overburdening.
But I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend this place to others!!”
