“Today I visited Metro store and the guy abrar from the store helped me to add a other line with a new number and changed my plan to a family plan am very happy today because he also helped me to transfer all the contacts photos and my files to the new phone. Great, very excellent service! Almost took above an hour to fix all the things but am happy he had a patience and helped me with everything and my bill is also low am very very happy”

“Looks like I am the first to post a review here :) My name is Jen. I have lived here, in Elgin for 15 years. I work in the Restaurant Business. So, I appreciate good, friendly service. This location has had many turnovers in staff/management, over the years. Seems like you have a good team employed there now!!! Just want to give a BIG shout out to Alisa (hope I spelled her name right.) She works usually days. Always remembers me when I come in... And my Son Nicholas. Very fun- loving. And sweet. And also need to say good things about 2 of your overnight cashiers.... Jerry, and Nina. I mostly pop in there after my late shifts at work. So, I see them quite frequently. Usually for cat food, or cigarettes. Nina is very welcoming, warm, and friendly. Always patient. Such a Sweetie. And Jerry is the same. I told him earlier when I came in (for cat food). That he should be a psychiatrist. I overheard a customer "spilling his heart out" about something personal. And Jerry said... "it's ok, buddy. Just move past it, and do what you have to do". It will be ok.....cute. Thank You all, for wonderful service”

“While switching providers, i had nothing but problems with my previous provider.Getting enough information to transfer my phone number. The associate at this location was extremely patient and willing to work with me through every step even if it took four hours. They were able to provide me a phone and service for less than a month's bill with my previous provider. And they wore nothing but a smile. Very cute too”
