“Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Stopped in the Hoffman Estates store just to get some information - but ended up walking out with five new phones! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. I did run into a couple minor issues with some phone functions, but went back to the store and Angel quickly resolved everything. Great customer service and a very positive experience!!”
“I have been going to their pharmacy for a long long time, this is a very busy place. All pharmacy technicians and pharmacist are nice and helpful but I want to mention one person MARIA, I think she's new, she's very helpful and always smiling, I have been picking up one of the prescriptions that I pay for, luckily the day I picked it last time Maria told me how I can use the coupon ever time to get discount on this medication, no one had ever told me that before. I am really thankful for her help and appreciate it.”
