Bad costumer service, rude employees an unorganized store

Update the hours ASAP...everything says 10pm but if u show up at or after 930pm...the doors are locked & this has happened on more than one occasion

Tried to stop by today around 11:30am/12:00pm and the lady locked customers outside and inside the store, and then assaulted my mom and hit my 4yr old with the door. Tried to call HR and they said to just call the police because it happens all the time here
