“I worked here as a medical case manager from 2014-2020; at the time we primarily served the HIV+ population here, helping those who need access to healthcare & medication. We also had STI testing, case management, behavioral health services, & referrals to local dental offices. Open Door also went to local community events as part of outreach & prevention. We had people here who truly cared about the patients & clients who came to our clinic. I left in mid-2020 due to change in management that sadly made the clinic a toxic environment to work in. I hope they have turned things around since then for staff & clients' sake.”

“I've been coming here for years. The most I've ever waited was a half hour in the main waiting room and maybe 15 mins. in patient room. That's a fair waiting time. The staff is caring, compassionate, and professional. Very thorough and thoughtful care is always provided.”
