They "misplaced" a $300 cashier's check, causing the account to overdraft and they refuse to answer any calls or reply to any emails to resolve the issue. When you call the main 800 number you're told to deal with the branch directly but you get nowhere when you try. Horrible bank.

I keep calling to get information on where my card is that I have money on , it’s been a month! NO ANSWER! They don’t know how to pick up the phone. Ridiculous
