The bank is deplorable and the manager John is a joke. He actually is against people who keep large balances in the bank. Vey jealous of his own customers.......he is condisending, rude and angry that he makes very little money. Actually told me they dont need my money.

They "misplaced" a $300 cashier's check, causing the account to overdraft and they refuse to answer any calls or reply to any emails to resolve the issue. When you call the main 800 number you're told to deal with the branch directly but you get nowhere when you try. Horrible bank.
