“I ordered two things for my wife on 2/14/2025. Because it was my first ever order and I am not smart, didn’t realize the order could be ready without an email notification and ended up never getting the items. I reached out the following day once I saw the pickup was ready notification a day later and was going to attempt to get my money back but had forgot over time as I went with a different present the day before.

Flash forward to 2/14/2026 and driving by the store I remembered my mistake. I went in and thanks to Lucy & Paige, they were able to find my order and easily got it for me despite coming to pick up a year later.

I did not expect anything could be done so far after the fact and appreciate the care they showed. My coffee run for my wife on V Day turned into something completely different and she was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Lucy, Paige and the entire Edible Arrangements team.

“I had a terrible experience here during COVID, but when I tell you I had the best experience here during my recent hospitalization...it was a complete 180. Emergency Room wasn't crowded, and was efficient. That's the one item that could set the tone for the visit. My review focuses more on admission. The 5th floor is full of super kind and compassionate staff, nurses, nurse assistants, volunteers, housekeepers and nutrition team. They were responsive and caring. I would not hesitate to return for any future needs.”
