Beware: Super poor craftsmanship and even worse customer service. The manufacturer does not honor the product warranty. When I reached out to customer service due to a broken wheel (it broke during the first use!!!), they only offered to mail us a replacement wheel for me to fix it myself instead of replacing the suitcase.Last time I checked, I wasn't in the suitcase-repairing business.Please do yourself a favor and spend your money with brands that actually build strong product + honor thier warranty when necessary. You've been warned!

Heys is an excellent company that offers a wide varierty of affordable eye catching luggage. I own 5 of their hard shell suitcases. The 30"'s are my favorite. They're well made, light weight, and easy to mauever. The oh's and ah's when I'm traveling with such a fashionable set, is a nice bonus. Plus it's super easy to spot at baggage claim. Every one wants to know where I purchased it.Not only is the product excellent. You can really tell that this is a company who appreciates it's customers. Sonal Arora, from customer service, was stellar when I needed someone to reach out to me from the company. I felt seen, listened to, and most importantly, valued! Heys definetly has me as a customer for life.

Heyes’s jet pack is one of the most amazing things that has happened to packing since the invention of the wheel. The customer service that I experienced through the Canadian line to try to arrange to have this product shipped to me in the US was stellar! If you need a packing item that will change your life do what you can and get the jet pack. And if you need help ask for Sonal- she’s amazing!!!!!

After traveling the luggage some how snapped as i rolled it through the airport on the carpet but Heys took care of me and was able to replace as i was still in the warranty period.

I haven't even received my order yet but this has already been the best purchasing experience of anything, ever! I needed a hard sided suitcase that would fit a very expensive item - flight cases were all too heavy. They pulled their various suitcases off the shelf, made something that approximated the dimensions I gave them, found a model that worked, and I should have it in three days. Never, ever have I seen customer service like this. No platitudes just live, immediate responses to what I asked for. It doesn't get any better. You should buy a suitcase from these folks just to experience the service. Well met Heys people!

Bought a luggage for two months and used it on one trip, the handle was not working after that trip. Glad I kept my receipt and was able to prove the purchase, was asked to send it back for repair. Waited a month for parts, waited 2 more weeks without hearing from them. Finally followed up with several phone calls to learn that they could not repair it so they sent me a brand new replacement. Although it took a long time but I was glad they stand behind their product.

I purchased this luggage over a year ago and it was good to have on my vacation as it is light and strong. Then I made the mistake of loaning it to someone. It came back with a broken wheel and an 'I am sorry." I took photos and sent them to Heys Customer Service. They sent me new wheels and I replaced the broken one and all is good. These bags are good quality, the customer service was respectful and good and I would not hesitate purchasing another bag from them.

The extendable handle broke on my carry-on bag. After considering buying a new piece of luggage, I decided to contact Heys to see how much a new extendable handle would cost if it was shipped to the address I provided. I received a reply stating that the part had been shipped and a UPS tracking number was provided. It arrived today free of charge. Thank you so much! I will be travelling in a few days and so happy to be able to use my carry on! You made my day!

Recently in travels to Turks and Caicos the Heys Luggage set of my wife was handled horribly by Delta Airlines. Not only did we not have our luggage upon arriving on vacation, it took another day before our luggage arrived. The telescoping handle on one of my wife's luggage was broken. We were preparing to leave for Spain and contacted Heys America to purchase a new replacement handle and received prompt reply's to our inquiries from Heys in particular Veeshma. The high level of customer service and professionalism was very welcoming. Heys shipped us a new handle and I replaced the broken one with the new replacement and we are very pleased with the excellent customer service. 5 Stars âï¸ âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

had a broken handle on a bag purchased about 14 months ago or so (the retractable part wouldn't collapse down) and the Heys team was all over it. Emailed with them and was told to bring by the Elgin office. Maria there was fantastic, and the bag was fixed in under an hour. Great customer service!

If I could give 0 stars for this company believe me I would. I purchased a bag for about a $120 to use for a trip to Italy. I had not even had it for 2 complete travel days and at the train station one of the wheels completely snapped off for no real reason. All traveling done up in to that point was light travel and we carried it the majority of the way. They offered to send me a replacement wheel and I never got any screws to be able to even put the new wheels on. I bought it through a separate company so I am screwed out of being able to get my money back on this product. Very overpriced for very low quality and awful production and craftsmanship. I will not be shopping with them again in the future. Not worth the frustration. Definitely not reliable for any sort of travel. Would not suggest their products.

Luggage wheel on both our large and medium luggage broke on our second/first use respectively which was very disappointing but I reached out to Heys America and once I was able to reach the appropriate office they sent me a replacement after I mailed in the cut out interior straps and dividers. New luggage just came yesterday and I am so satisfied with the customer service I received. Thank you Heys for being reasonable! I will continue to be a dedicated customer.

Had a broken wheel on my 6 month old luggage, and thought what the heck, contact Heys America in Elgin IL to see what options I had for replacement. OMG...Renee was ALL OVER IT! She promptly sent me a email regarding some guidelines, and the next day responded back with a status update. Crazy good customer service, and Heys America - give Renee a raise!
