“What a wonderful experience at Marble & Granite Tech, Inc.!
We were warmly greeted by two staff members. When we explained we were looking for tile (which they don't sell, as their focus is on granite, marble, quartz, and slab materials), they didn't hesitate to help.
They brought in Tom, who clearly has a deep knowledge base of stone and tile products.
He generously spent 10 minutes of his time identifying our sample and directing us to four specific places where we might find it. It's rare to find a company so willing to assist when there's no immediate sale involved.
We were blown away by their generosity and customer-first approach and will certainly be reaching out to them for our next countertop project.”

The entire team is professional and they work hard. Our cabinets look wonderful and we are very happy with the final product. The cost was reasonable as well. “Visited this store for flooring samples to match existing flooring. Was helped by Ashton. He was such a great help. After picking flooring the next evening, Ashton was there and ready to help. Even when I called to ask questions, Ashton remembered us and knew exactly what we needed. The people are so friendly and kind. “Helpful staff; kind and courteous with answering questions; lots of high-end merchandise make for a fun and inspirational holiday shopping experience. I especially love the assortment of "gifty" items available: exported biscuits in beautiful tins, boxed cookie/breads/baking mixes, jarred sauces, knives, grilling stuff, kitchen sets with cleaners, diffusers, candles, etc.). Overall, nice selection of beautiful kitchen accessories, gadgets and the like. Not as big as other locations but they did seem to have a good amount of merch available to purchase this holiday season.”
“Monica was wonderful I ordered picture wall art it came damaged. I didn’t wanna go into the store, but I had to because I had to return it. Monica was very helpful. Sad thing is all the pictures were damage so it really wasn’t their fault that they didn’t check it before they sent it out, but when I got there, she refunded me my delivery charge and the wall art in full I will return. I love the store. People were very helpful clean store. It is turned around though. It doesn’t look like the Elmhurst store so zero on the wall art but five on the Customer Service.”
“What great customer service we've received from Stephanie J at this location! ? In September, Stephanie helped us choose a sofa recliner for our home. She listened to our needs and wishes and then directed us to a modern design that was perfect. We returned today to use the gift coupons from our September purchase. Stephanie helped us choose bedding sheets, duvet covers and pillows. She showed how to choose two brands with colors that complemented each other. In both shopping experiences, we appreciate how everything was completed efficiently from ordering, placing back orders, and delivery.”

This place also has a pretty decent select of home furnishings from time to time, obviously if you find something you like you'd best purchase it right away as it will most likely be sold soon.”
