He was very thorough and polite to others coming into the store while still helping us. I feel bad since the Elgin store is busy and could certainly use more employees. “This is by far the best boost Mobile! I went to the one by the fresh market and they were rude and didn't know what they were talking about! Then I went to the one on Villa at and the young lady there didn't even bother to greet me. Any question I asked she answered with "call 611" as she was scrolling through her phone. Luckily I remembered about this location, and as soon as I stepped in to this one I was greeted so politely by that one chubby dude and he definitely knew what he was talking about; but overall all the staff are friendly,nice, and just a great help.”
