We were in and out in about an hour. Jeremy, Oscar ,and Ray were fantastic. Had some issues with insurance before we got there but Jeremy helped us out and everything was fine
Got what we wanted. The price we wanted and the experience we wanted. GREAT JOB GENTLEMEN. Definitely go to ELGIN KIA. See Jeremy.

UPDATE to original review....
After 9 months the Kia Seltos we purchased in January 2025 from WAG Elgin Kia was totaled.
We went back to them and if I could give a higher than 5 Star rating I would.
They went above and beyond. Helping with documents we needed for insurance purposes, answering the many questions we had, always made us feel more than welcome every time we stopped by and...once all was settled...made the purchase if our new 2026 Kia Seltos as great of an experience as the first purchase. Thank you Oscar, Jeremy, Ray along with the rest of the excellent staff.

Called in for an appointment and pricing for oil change and tire rotation. After I gave the representative my car make and model I was told $69.95 for oil change and $19.95 for tire rotation, so I made the appointment. When I walked in on the day of the appointment, the service advisor told me $79.95 for oil change and $29.95 for tire rotation. I asked why I was given different pricing on the phone, the advisor said the “BDC” (the representative I referred to earlier) does not know the pricing and that my car required a different filter. I drove more than half an hour for the appointment to get these services done so I had them service my vehicle but I don’t even plan to visit this dealership again.

From start to finish Kia has been amazing. The customer service has been exceptional. We’ve been taking our 2024 KIA Telluride in for Oil changes and have been helped by Rich. He is amazing. This past weekend our car “ Overheated Engine “ light turned on and the next day he had it ready for us to bring home. I am very happy. We also recommended my brother in law to purchase here. He went in and purchased his 2025 Kia Telluride in Sep.. (Slowly transitioning all of the family to Kia. lol 😂

We all dread going to a dealership to buy a new car. Your whole day or night will most likely be spent there. Well not here !!! I was extremely impressed with this dealership!!! My salesman was Sergio and he was Fantastic. Not pushy at all . He worked at my pace and helped me fine the right car for my budget. And Carly helped work out the right price for me. I absolutely love my new Kia!! Thank you all soo much.

I hope this finds you well, I inquired about a vehicle was told it was ready for us to come in. We drove 3 hours excited to find out the vehicle isn’t there. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. These guys will sell you additional warranty when certified vehicles include the 10 year 100k mile powerteai Warranty. We inquired about a 2024 sorento xline with 4k miles. Horrible service!! Thanks to another Kia dealership we will be purchasing one else where.
