“You know, I've been painting houses with my husband for quite some time and come to find out we knew little to nothing about a good paint. I came in and I worked with a guy named AL and he was so knowledgeable about all the different paints and educated us on the differences in paint. I really appreciate someone like him to have taken the time out to teach us what we thought we already knew! We learned something that day! He was super patient with my million questions and extremely kind. I couldn't have been more pleased with his customer service. It's hard to find good customer service these days but he NAILED IT, THANK YOU AL.”

“This location is exceptional. I own a small construction business and have been in many SW locations. I always have a great experience with the exceptional crew members. Julio, the manager, is so friendly, knowledge and go beyond and above with any request I have, big or small. He matches the stucco color samples perfectly, on the first few trials and I never have felt like I overuse his help. Also, he trained the other workers so well. Alexa, Tyler and Dakota are very helpful, cheerful and ready to help me with anything. You don't get to meet such as wonderful crew anymore in retail industry. They should be highly appreciated and recognized by the management and other customers. Great job, guys! I truly value your commitment and excellent customer service.
