Routinely slow service. There will be three customers in the store and three workers and yet there is still a 10 minute wait on a drive through process.
Of all the branches I've been to, this is the worst and I gladly drive further to avoid them.

Working with Ana was awesome. From the first phone call I made, to the signing of our paperwork on our private party auto loan. She is easy to work with, knowledgeable, kind & Spanish speaking. Good service 👍🏼 took care of us the same day I called & returned following day to close the deal. Definitely recommend Ana!

Called 5 times in a row over the course of 15 mins and no one answered. What is that about? What’s the point of having a phone in the building at all?
