Aliza was amazing!!! I had trouble getting into the gate and she worked with me until the issue was resolved. And yes, it was human error on my part. However, she was so patient with me and very kind. She even set me up with the public storage app so that I wouldn’t have any further issues. Thank you, Aliza!!!!!!!
