Quality Inn Elgin I-90 is a reliable, budget-friendly choice for travelers, offering solid value. It is a wonderful place with great attention to detail and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The lobby is elegant. Many highlight the very good, awesome customer service, describing staff as courteous, available, relaxed, and welcoming, with top-tier service. The breakfast is consistently noted as awesome, with many fresh and tasty choices. Rooms are clean, with big beds and big rooms, contributing to a great night's sleep for a budget price. The location is convenient, with many different things to do within five miles. While not the overall best in the area and with not much to do besides visit local bars or restaurants, it is a great, comfortable hotel. Some advise that if cleanliness and bedding quality are critical, it may be worth confirming room conditions upon check-in.
I absolutely loved this hotel! The service was amazing, the room was very clean, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room smell of smoke, even though advertised as non smoking.

The rooms and building are clean. It's an old building though and needs some work. The lobby is small so if more than 2 parties are checking in it might be a little crowded. The location is really convenient
