My doctor failed to put the diagnosis code on the lab orders. Staff suggested and allowed me to contact the doctors office to resolve so I would not have to reschedule. Great service!

I have to get my blood drawn periodically and the Quest Elgin location always is prompt especially when you've made an appt ahead of time. I had Edgar for my last visit and he was excellent - professional, courteous, and made it painless.
