Mayuri Patel has been fantastic every time I’ve seen her! She is thorough, professional, and incredibly skilled—I never experience pain or bruising when she takes my blood. She’s also personable and understanding of my need to lie down during blood draws, which I truly appreciate. Unlike other places where I’ve felt like a burden for this, she makes the experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I had a poor experience at this same location in the past so was not looking forward to this visit but the woman who was working on my most recent visit (Nikhat) completely changed that impression. Nikhat was professional, very kind and helpful, gentle and efficient. I wish there was a way to request she would be my technician the next time I need labs.

Once you make an appointment online or via the app, your check in is simple and the wait is not long at all. In and out within 10-15 minutes.

There is no way to speak to anyone at this office via their phone number. Their automated system just gave up on my info and ended my appointment making without notice. Do I have an appointment? Who knows... Terrible experience from the start. Can't wait to try to get them to do my tests.

Technician that saw me today was extremely rude. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. I wasn’t aware that I couldn’t bring my baby. And I understand that is my fault for not informing myself, but her demeanor when she was talking to me was so rude.
UPDATE: as soon as I got into my car I called to make an appointment, and they had a few openings for today in the afternoon after she told me they had nothing available. Hopefully I get her as my technician lol

Mayuri's work is superior! She is very professional, quick, efficient, and best of all, her ability to draw blood is light as a feather. Very, very well done.
Quest tech support kept me on hold for 20 minutes, couldn't solve my problem, then hung up on me.

drug test went smooth. they are just doing what their bosses ask. the wait was not bad I'm not sure what the other are referring to. the one guy who brought his daughter that sucks, I mean they should just let the kid sit outside the bathroom no need to turn you away. I accidentally flushed and the lady was yelling at me but it was my fault I forgot she told me not to.

Zero stars should be an option. They LOST MY DRIVERS LICENSE & WASTED MY TIME. Did not even try to look for it, just said they didn’t have it. Then I even heard one of the workers there, a white elderly lady and an Indian lady talk about me in a room, so unprofessional. I first came here and was told I needed a physical copy of a paper I showed them on my phone. I went back home to get the physical copy, and came back at a later time for them to tell me they couldn’t do the test I needed. If I had already previously showed them the paper, why didn’t they tell me then that they couldn’t do it so I didn’t have to WASTE MY TIME coming back.

My job sent me and my coworker to this place to get a drugtest. my Friend was there since 11am I got there 1pm they made us wait and are rude then at 230 said they were not going to do any drugtest. Make an appointment. Worst place
