I don't know why but the place was closed at 2:30 pm when the hours say until 4:00 pm both on Google maps and their website. I tried calling but both contact numbers voicemail box is full. Please let me know if there's a drop off box for leaving my car key for an already scheduled appointment for servicing the vehicle.

I love Tuffy in Elgin! This is the ONLY place I will go. I've gone to other places, but Troy has always been honest with me and has looked out for us to save us money when other mechanics have tried to cheat us.
Even after moving nearly 50 miles away, I only trust Troy and his mechanics at Tuffy to touch our cars.
