Awful service. They have nobody that can repair the bench other than a conman and are refusing to supply a manual so that we can train our own person. I will never buy from them again.

Awful service. More than a month late on delivery date. Took 2 extra weeks to make the product as well. They did not offer any help or anything for the extra time or headache as I had to continuously call for updates for the product and during the delivery process and they didn't even know what company it was with.
