“I was all set for the MidAmerica ’02 Fest with my 1974 BMW 2002tii — hotel booked, car packed, excitement high. Sunday morning I pulled the car out of the garage and got hit with bad news: the battery wasn’t charging. A quick test confirmed the alternator had failed. “We just had the most incredible experience working with the Tesla Collision Center in Elk Grove Village. My 2018 Tesla M3 was side-swiped by another driver. I was overwhelmed by the high level of customer service provided by this business, from scheduling an appointment, giving us information about rental cars, frequent updates on the repairs being completed, and the pick up, payment, and drop off of the rental car when the repairs were completed. The two associates that stand out were Salman and Alexandra. These two were so patient and kind in answering our many questions and walking us through the process. “This place has GREAT customer service! I worked specifically with Kendall, who went over and beyond customer service. My car battery died and I couldn't bring the car to the shop. Kendall was kind enough to let me borrow their portal jump starter to jump my start my car so I could drive it over. When arriving at the store, he checked my battery (it was under warranty) and he swapped it out in rapid time! He was very pleasant to work with. Anytime I need to go to an Autozone; it'll be this one with Kendall!”
