“We just had the most incredible experience working with the Tesla Collision Center in Elk Grove Village. My 2018 Tesla M3 was side-swiped by another driver. I was overwhelmed by the high level of customer service provided by this business, from scheduling an appointment, giving us information about rental cars, frequent updates on the repairs being completed, and the pick up, payment, and drop off of the rental car when the repairs were completed. The two associates that stand out were Salman and Alexandra. These two were so patient and kind in answering our many questions and walking us through the process.
