“I found Frank Perez at Havana Kustoms through many of the local bike shops. When I started calling around every shop told me to call Frank Perez. He has a reputation of best the best in the whole Chicagoland area. I found Frank to very very honest and easy to work with. Frank to me what he can do and he did it. Something not found in todays business world. Franks work is just like factory. Basically perfect. I gave Frank 5 stars in this review. If 100 stars were available he would get 100. He's that good. So happy with my project and how it came out”

“Albor’s collision center is a great establishment filled with extremely hardworking and talented professionals. My vehicle was crashed in the driver side headlights area, it looked totaled, but their professional and fast team got my vehicle completely fixed looking brand new. Especially for the color match. And to top it all off they even washed my car from the inside out. If you’re looking for a body shop for your vehicle don’t overthink it they do great work here.”

“I can't say enough about Octavio and his shop. We brought him our 2025 Cadillac that was damaged when the entire wooden structure from a poorly built vacuum and interior cleaning area fell over and caused $25.000 in damage. I thought there was NO way this car would ever look good again. Octavio proved me wrong. The car looks better than the day I bought it.”

“TL; DR:Mac has weekend hours unlike many competitors. Staff was personable from the get-go: making an appointment and in-person. John was a stand-up guy and selflessly helped me out. He made my day!---------------------I'm a good driver, so I was pretty mortified when I backed into a parked vehicle. Total accident, of course. Luckily the other vehicle was fine, but mine had a misaligned rear quarter panel.I looked up body shops in the area, and saw that Mac was one of the few who had weekend hours.I called and made an appointment. They were personable and friendly. We pulled up Saturday at our appointment time. John greeted me, and I explained what happened with my vehicle. He quickly went to assess the problem. He briefly left, came back with some tools, and popped my misaligned quarter panel back in place. He wiped off a few bumper scuffs, told me what it would take to repair it, and gave me a quote. He wouldn't take my money, either.I was totally flabbergasted, and so very thankful. What a truly nice person! He made my day and honestly relieved so much anxiety I had about the financial aspect of what the repair would entail (I wasn't going through insurance).Obviously I highly recommend Mac's and John, and would use them in the future!Service: Body & Trim”

“Paint matching service and attention to detail are impeccable at this location. Vince's second to none when it came to matching a decal on my motorcycle for a custom piece. I would have not to even second-guess referring anyone to the paint spot”

“I bought a car from one of Duke's employees. The body shop brokered the purchase as the dealer. Basically, the owner of the shop did the paperwork for the purchase (bill of sale, title transfer, taxes), which included a small fee, even though I was actually buying the car from an employee of the shop. I had the car checked out by an external mechanic before I purchased it and everything was fine. I had no problems with the purchase process itself. I was initially a little skeptical when I learned that I would actually be buying the car through the body shop as the “dealer,†especially because I found the vehicle on Craigslist and was expecting to buy it from a private seller. However, because the car was purchased through the body shop, which is licensed as a used car dealer, I was able to drive away with a temporary tag. This was nice to have, and unexpected, since I wouldn't have been able to get temporary registration tags from a private seller. So far the car has served me well and survived a trip to Ohio and back. Thanks!”

“Danny is an experienced and positive person who genuinely cares for his customers. He treats everyone who receives service from him with kindness. He completed my repairs within a week, while other body shops could take a couple of weeks. Danny has been running this family business for many years, and you will be satisfied after receiving their service. Danny’s wife and son are friendly as well, and they all understand the needs of customers who have to calculate repair costs within a limited budget.”

“I was hesitant to place my order because of other reviews experiences, but mine was good!!! Granted, my custom painted hood was delayed due to them finding damage before it shipped. Hey, I'm fine with that and glad their QA dept caught it before I had to. The part arrived timely after shipping, was well packaged and arrived without any damages. The color match is PERFECT! Will use again, if I need to.”
