“Staff is great but the last 2 stays which were just an overnight only resulted in someone knocking on my door around 9 to see if I was gone and then my key stopped working. Check out is noon. The hotel was far from busy. Not sure why this keeps happening because it hasn't been and I've been coming here every 2 months for the last 2 years.”
“I had a great extended stay experience at the InTown Suites in Elk Grove Village! First off, they have plenty of security here, which really makes you feel like they are genuinely concerned about your safety and well-being. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Delilah at the front desk. Her friendly nature and warm personality immediately made me feel welcome, and it's clear she really knows her stuff when it comes to extended stay hotels. As for the maid service—just follow their simple process and they are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!”

“The room reeked of cigarettes thank god I had an air freshener it barely did anything not even 5 minutes there I killed a roach in the bathroom, the microwave didn’t have the glass plate . At 8:30 am the house keepers were so loud yelling like if they were at their houses I had to call the front desk cause they wouldn’t shut up never again am I staying there.”
