“Staff is great but the last 2 stays which were just an overnight only resulted in someone knocking on my door around 9 to see if I was gone and then my key stopped working. Check out is noon. The hotel was far from busy. Not sure why this keeps happening because it hasn't been and I've been coming here every 2 months for the last 2 years.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this Best Western. I booked two rooms for three nights. Service was great, front desk staff were courteous and helpful during checkin and checkout. They had a shuttle service to and from the airport which we used to take the trains to downtown. Breakfast options were good and staff quickly refilled anything that were running low. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay over in Chicago.”

“Great location and the people there are so kind, I had a terrible situation where I had to leave my hotel room and go to the hospital. I was gone for a week but they let me come back and took care of everything. Damian, Mitch, and Yules are wonderful workers and were exceptional with their customer service and manager skills. “The room reeked of cigarettes thank god I had an air freshener it barely did anything not even 5 minutes there I killed a roach in the bathroom, the microwave didn’t have the glass plate . At 8:30 am the house keepers were so loud yelling like if they were at their houses I had to call the front desk cause they wouldn’t shut up never again am I staying there.”
