“My partner and I stayed here and the room was so clean even the television was new! I had a wonderful time here. The service however was better. The front desk man was very welcoming and greeted us like we were family. We even joked a bit. Will definitely come again.”

“I had a great extended stay experience at the InTown Suites in Elk Grove Village! First off, they have plenty of security here, which really makes you feel like they are genuinely concerned about your safety and well-being. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Delilah at the front desk. Her friendly nature and warm personality immediately made me feel welcome, and it's clear she really knows her stuff when it comes to extended stay hotels. As for the maid service—just follow their simple process and they are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!”

“The room reeked of cigarettes thank god I had an air freshener it barely did anything not even 5 minutes there I killed a roach in the bathroom, the microwave didn’t have the glass plate . At 8:30 am the house keepers were so loud yelling like if they were at their houses I had to call the front desk cause they wouldn’t shut up never again am I staying there.”
“smelled a little damp, and the toilet flushed a little slow ,but staff was very nice and helpful, and everything else was perfect.
would come here again.”
