MSI Chicago is a large and beautiful showroom with a huge selection of countertops and tiles. It features over 450 surfacing products, including granite, quartzite, marble, and quartz countertops, as well as flooring and backsplash tile. The staff is friendly, helpful, and kind, never making customers feel rushed. They take time to answer questions and help select the perfect product, with samples available to take home. The showroom has an extensive variety, including two long aisles of granite. Customers report being efficiently assisted and highly recommend MSI for kitchen remodeling.
My honest review is that if you need tile, this is where you should go first. Their customer service is unmatched. They helped me find a tile that was discontinued. Saving me thousands. No job is too small or too large for them. When I look for tile or countertops, if they are made by MSI, mark it as sold!
